Warranty Information

Coverage Duration: This warranty covers material defects and workmanship of our products for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original end-user, provided they were installed by an authorized Maple Furniture Inc agent or dealer.

Drawer Systems and Hinges: Drawer systems and hinges are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. If a defect is detected within the warranty period, we will either repair, restore, or replace the product at our discretion.

Scope of Warranty: This warranty applies to residential use within Canada and is not transferable to subsequent owners. It exclusively covers the value of defective Maple Furniture Inc products stored, handled, and installed according to our guidelines.

Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover:

• Natural wood characteristics, color variations, or changes due to environmental factors.
• Manually applied specialty finishes.
• Products handled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized individuals.
• Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, improper use, or lack of maintenance.
• Longevity of product use.
• Damage or expenses incurred during removal, shipment, or installation.

Material Changes: We reserve the right to change materials and specifications for ongoing product development. Changes that do not compromise aesthetic appeal are not valid reasons for warranty claims.

Initiating a Claim: To initiate a claim, contact the builder, dealer, or contractor who installed and sold the product. If they are unreachable, contact Maple Furniture Inc directly.

Limitation: This warranty applies only to original end-users who purchased our products from Maple Furniture Inc directly or through authorized agents or retailers. All other warranties, whether express or implied, are excluded.
